St1500dl003 1.5T drive not recognized on Asus M3A78-EM board

Hello,
Drive did not come with any drivers. do i need any? Is the board capable of working with this hd

A conventional hard drive does not usually come with any drivers , Windows will have any drivers that are needed. If you installed a drive and it's not seen in computer the right click on computer in the start menu and select manage , then select disk management and you should see the drive there in a raw state that needs to be initialized and partitioned. Yoy can then format it and give it a drive letter.
