150-200 Upgrade?

I need a motherboard, ram, and CPU left for my build.
Any suggestions?
I was thinking of using an Athlon II X3
Also wanted some DDR3 ram and AM3 Mobo. Thanks!

Biostar isnt a brand I would use. It also does not have USB3, which the cheaper Gigabyte I listed does.

Its Cas9 RAM; Cas7 would be preferable if you are going to do any overclocking but it will work and is a good price.
