Poratble Hard Disk Drive

Hi,
Someone please suggest me some portable HDDs capacity up-to 2 TB. I'M from India and price must be < Rs. 10,000.

Western Digital "My Passport" 1TB model has been very reliable for me. It cost me £70 (UK) online from Amazon (6000 Indian Rupees approx.).

They also have a "My Passport" 2TB model - £165 (UK) 14,000 Indian Rupees.

Verbatim or WD? Best?

Can't say, I never bought a Verbatim model, but bear in mind that Verbatim do not actually make hard drives, they only make the enclosure, fit a drive supplied by one of the major drive manufacturer's, then stick their own name on the outside.

So comparing Verbatim external hard drives with WD ones is not really valid as Verbatim ones may have a WD or Seagate hard drive inside them (or some other brand).
