64 GB SSD w/ intel SRT vs. 128 GB SSD boot drive

I'm building a new system. What are the pro/cons of a 64 GB SSD using intel SRT versus a 128 GB SSD used as a boot drive with windows and apps on it? Other than price that is...which is recommended?

    The bigger your SSD the happier you'll be. Use it for a boot drive and apps as cin19 said. Keep your data and programs that don't need the speed on your HDD. SRT is not worth it.
