WD Red drives or Seagate equiv for Drobo S

Hello,

I have a Drobo S populated with Seagate Barracuda drives.

As I increase storage should I continue with the Barracuda drives or would it be best to start using the WD Red drives or the Seagate equivalent to the red drive {are there any?}

Also if I use these new drives would it be okay to use them along with the Barracuda drives?

If I do use these drives is the extra the cost worth it?

Mixing hard drives in a RAID configuration isn't recommended. Since they are supported, you should simply add more Seagate Barracuda drives.
