You dont. Just get a new one. PSUs are complicated units with high power components in them that can hurt you, if the best question you can figure out how to ask is "how to fix the power supply unit in the cpu" you do not have anywhere near the level of technical knowledge needed. Just replace it and save yourself a lot of risk.

as hunter315 say it is risky working with psu's to yourself and the components in your pc, plus its not viable parts and/or labor wise.

Yes, do NOT EVER EVER open a power supply. Especially if you are unsure what you are doing. Those things kill enough voltage to kill you. DO NOT OPEN IT!
