How is this for a gaming PC?

I wanted something cheap that I could build myself. I found this on Tiger Direct:

I wanted to know is this ok for a gaming PC and if I wanted to upgrade to DDR3 could I based on the specs?

Aweful.

Its an old AM2+ mother board. An old Phenom (not a Phenom II) CPU which was notoriously a bad CPU.

Cheap case and power supply.

That combo is tiger unloading old junk. Stay away from it.
