Good PSU?

Hello, I need to buy a 500W PSU to run my GTX 460. Is this a good quality PSU? http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3276574&CatId=1079

It has a lot of good reviews but the price is really low

  1. I'd go for a well known name like OCZ / Corsair / Antec to name a few...

If you can afford it get something like this -

After all the PSU is a vital part of your machine and worth getting a decent one.

I'm sure there are many others to choose from, whats your budget?
  2. About $50 would be ideal, but I am willing to spend a little more if it's much better quality

Go with a seasonic, it manufactures psu's for all the major name brands.

  4. Here is a nice Thermaltake TR2 500W ATX 12V Computer Power Supply W0379RU, Supports SATA and PCI-E for $50
But this is a better one but you got to mail in a $15 rebate but hey it's a good one. It's the Black OCZ Fatal1ty Series 550W ATX12V v2.2/EPS12V Modular Computer Power Supply, Active PFC, SLI Ready, 80 Plus Certified, w/ 135mm Fan, Model: OCZ550FTY. I think you'll be happy with either of these.
