Which is best chipset

Solution
They're the same in dGPU {d-Mode} setups. I and most Gamers prefer the P67 unless you really like making MPEG-2/4 videos, the SSD Caching make no sense financially - get a 120GB SSD and you'll be 200%-400% better off, and Virtu is 'crap'. If your Game(s) is/are not listed in the Virtu Control panel {i-Mode} then it runs at iGPU frame rates vs GPU frame rates.

Gamer's don't like the Z68's.

Nail in the coffin - most every Z68 I've seen also has slower SATA and USB speeds, in in a few cases the Z68 actually can have lower FPS most FPS are the same.

So I and most others agree that look at benchmarks, especially the Virtu Z68's, P67 = Gaming.

I'm an ASUS fan, or I was until the P67/Z68 the ASUS with Bluetooth seems to be very problematic - too many DOA/Problem MOBOs. The Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD3-B3 is EOL, End Of Life. So that leaves the MSI P67A-GD55 (B3) from your list.

Otherwise, my picks:
$208 EVGA P67 SLI 130-SB-E675-KR
$165 MSI P67A-GD80 (B3)
$249 Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD5-B3

Most of these cases I linked have USB 3.0, I searched cases and filtered 'USB 3.0' and the few I double-checked indeed had USB 3. Cases are very 'personal' choices. In general I always look for a Mid Tower with top fans/ventilation. 'I like' Corsair, Lian-Li & some Silverstone and others like the Cool Master 'HAF' series. A Good case can be reused for years and cheap case is IMO 'disposable.'

I don't see anywhere that you need to OC to obtain DDR3 1600 -> http://www.msi.com/product/mb/P67A-GD55.html#?div=Detail

Some of the case do have the 20-pin and many do not, so here are a few suggestions. The Lian Li is probably the ideal option.
