WD Raptor Drives. Use them or paper weights?

Greetings.
I just pulled a pair of WD1600ADFS drives from my recently retired Dell XPS720.

Specs are as follows:
10000 RPM 16MB Cache
SATA 3.0Gb/s
160GB

Ive got an Alienware Aurora R4:
i7 3930k 4.1G
GTX690
32G ram
256 gig SSD on the OS
Seagate USB 3.0 2TB external storage drive


Would it be worth it to install these two raptor drives as an internal RAID0 config in the tower? Or are they outdated?

any advice would help.
