Just built another rig, this time it's Intel, i7 950.

Here is a screen shot of the OC settings. I'm going to be doing a stability test with it overnight tonight but I want to make sure these settings look ok.

It's on stock cooler with these settings, idling at 52 degrees.. I plan on getting an aftermarket cooler very shortly.

Everything look ok or should I change something?

yeah you need an after market cooler, if its idling 52 is quite alot, be careful when on full load-
Prime test for 4 hrs. Check temps

What's the agreed upon max temp for these chips? I'm usually working with AMD so I'm not too sure whats considered too hot for these. 52 did seem pretty high at idle.

Indeed it is, its recommended to not exceed 65-70 c, But you should be fine under 80, although not recommended -

That's under load?

Then I'm going to put it back to stock until I pick up a different cooler.. I ran Prime for 3 minutes and the temp hit 92.. I stopped it right away..

You guys recommend any particular coolers for these? Pref air.

Hey, thanks for the links..

Stock timing on the memory is 9-9-9-24.. I'm not even sure how to adjust it.. I've never really dabbled in mem OC'ing.. I've seen settings like 7-7-7-2x, and 8-8-8-xx. What do you recommend?
