Case haf heating problem

Hello,
my computer with i7 930 keep saying overheat and goes off in 30 sec i put a new cpu fan on it and it still say its overheating and goes off in about 30 sec

Have you tried cleaning and re-applying thermal paste on your Heatsink?

Yup, reset the CPU after applying a thicker layer of the paste.

watch some youtube vids on T.paste application, you want a seriously tiny amount on there, see-through to be honest its that small an amount,
Even a 1mm layer is not going to do its job at all,its just far too much
I suspect this is the source of your issue
