Graphics card not recognised in bios

Hello, Ive installed my new ATI radeon hd 2400 pro 256MB graphics card but the bios doesnt give me a PCI-E option and the graphics card is not read in the device manager.

1. Is you card connected correctly? ie, are both ends of the card in the PCIe slot?
2. Have you installed the drivers?
