HELP WITH HD 5670 1GB

I got my HD 5670 1GB card today

MY system specs....
Intel core2duo E7400@2.8GHz
3 GB DDR2 RAM...
And i play at 1024*768 reso...






i played street fighter 4....
Every thing on max.... only reso 1024*768

Frame rate was set to fixed,....
But it gave me a low benchmark result in benchmark test...


SCORE: 5092
AVERAGE: 30.16FPS
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7400 @ 2.80GHz
Memory: 3052MB
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 5600 Series
Video Memory: 1024MB
Display Setting: 1024x768 60Hz 8xAA



AND

I played NFS undercover...... I maxed everything but i felt very much of slowdowns...
And stutterings.... And when i checked GPU-Z the temp rose up to 65-70...
Help please...
