First built 750-850

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: gaming and convert video rmvb to avi or dvd

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: monitor, keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: i'm from dominican republic

OVERCLOCKING: maybe(consumption would rise to overclock, but would increase performance)

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: maybe in the future

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I need a pc to play on weekends (the games do not have to have the maxima requirements)
I live in Dominican Republic and the electricity bill is very high, then I need a pc that consumes as little as possible in watts but having a good performance

i like this motherboard for intel i5 760 for 150 dollars

i like this motherboard for amd phenom II x4 for 100 dollars

Both systems support usb3 motherboard and sata 6gbs

for ddr3 2000 i like this for 120 dollars

for video card i like this
asus gtx 460 1gb for 230 dollars

asus 5770 for 160 dollars

for PSU 65 dollars ocz 550 watts

for hard drive: hitachi 1tb 3.5" 7200 rpm 70 dollars

total if I choose the Intel: 844 dollars
the total is calculated by taking the more expensive items

total if I choose the amd: 785 dollars
the total is calculated by taking the more expensive items(amd 965 BE)

in consumption / performance. I prefer intel.
in terms of video cards, some friends have told me they do not need a gtx 460 since I have no DX11 games
in terms of process here in Toms say that with a amd x3 is best, but I want to play with this build at least the next two years with medium settings

any comments or suggestions are welcome

thank you very much
