HOW TO F DO I GET THIS ZIP TIE OFF?!

It is very small... and it is holding together two cpu 4 pin connectors and I only want to use 1 of them and tuck the other away. I thought about using scissors but... you know, too risky and my scissors can't really fit between the wires and I don't want to damage anything.
 
Solution
crafting knife is what i use, can always get a small sharp blade in between the 2.

Alternatively nail clippers slid over the top of the buckle on there, works a treat.

Wow, I actually came up with a creative way to remove it with the tools I had available. I had some sort of pliers and I used them to crush that black top and pull it right off.
 
tiny diagonal cutters like you find in electronic tool kits
just put the zip in the tip of the cutters
your cutting the same way the wires go so even if you slip your not going to cross cut them
Just a easier way to do it.
Little diagonal cutters are a must have.
