Hello,

Im looking for a sick moniter with a price range of around 1000 or higher. i was thinking on getting a GeForce GTX 480. I want the best moniter possible for gaming and have no idea where to look. >< any help!? Thanks!!

Get something like the Dell UltraSharp 3008WFP, or go all out and get an Apple screen. Although I hate Apple, there's no denying that they have amazing monitors for about £1000.

I agree.. $200 / £140 would be perfectly fine for a very good monitor. I got my HD 24" LED monitor (MONITOR). Some people just have more money than sense. I have a feeling he's probably not the one paying the bill if he's about to spend £1k on a monitor.

Define what are looking for in a monitor for "best moniter for gaming..."

I can give you a list of several $1,000+ monitors. But they are not made for gaming. They are primarily used for professional graphics work, but they will still be good (not "awesome") for gaming.
