if it were me.. id save up for a quad core just cause they have some really nice deals out.. but as far as gaming goes.. naa.. your good.. most games only use 2 cores anyways.. and to top it off you have a pretty nice overclock going so.. id say your good.
actually most games benefit more from a tri-core than anything else, and really a quad is going to be about necessary for games within a year or two (look at BF:BC2 it can utilize 8 threads if need be)
as for bottlenecking, i wouldn't worry too much about it (as i run a more powerful GPU system off of a slightly slower quad core and it is fine)
