Um, I don't think you meant to say that card. The HD4670 is the best of those cards and the HD4650 is better than that one as well.

The HD4650 is passable for gaming at low resolutions and modest settings. But yeah, the other 2 aren't for gaming.

The 9600GSO has less memory but a larger memory bus for higher bandwidth. They are pretty equal at stock but the 9600GSO can usually overclock more if you are going to do so. I've used one myself and it was stable up to 690mhz on the core which is a 25% OC. Your results may vary. It also uses more power than the HD4670 but your PSU can handle it. Either card is pretty good for gaming at resolutions 1280x1024 and below.

Neither of those cards can use more than 512mb of ram effectively so that is entirely irrelevant. What kind of card/the processor matters much more and the HD4670 is nearly 3 times more powerful in terms of gaming performance.
