Motherboard graphic card compatibility help!!

ive got a 5yr old pc with intel D915GAV and pentium 4 with 3ghz, 1 gb ram,PSU is 450watts, win xp, wondering if i could install sapphire hd 4670 512mb gddr4 pci-e card on my pc,if not then plzz suggest good budget cards for me...thx in advance!!(P:S-i know there has aldready been another post about D915GAV compatibility, but my specs r a lil different, so please help)

it will support cards that are PCI-E 2.0 since they are backwards compatible with 1.0. 2.1 cards may give you some issues so I would avoid them.

does my psu hav enough power to supply for the sapphire card for games like crysis etc

the 4670 barely draws any power, a generic 450w is more then enough for it.
