Help-4890 1gig vs gtx 460 768mb

so im in dire need of what is the better car frame rate wise with call of duty just cause splinter cell and battlefield bad company 2?

any info would be appreciative


well remember its the 768 version i cant afford the 1 gig yet if i was to get that what would be better my specs are Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
System Model: GA-MA790X-DS4
BIOS: Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG

and how can i get that to post with me all the time ?
and my monitor is a 17 inch non widescreen with max res of 1280x1024 and please dont recomend another card i am future proofing and i have a quility 500w antec power supply with sufficiant rails[/strike][/strike]

the GTX 460 is faster, runs cooler, uses less power and supports DX11 for Win7, its really not much of a comparison unless you find a fantastic deal on the ATI 4890.

in terms of performance you will not see a night and day difference when we are comparing both cards at stock. Your CPU is also going to cause a bottleneck at that resolution, regardless of the card you get you will have an unbalanced system.
