Intel q57 chipset review

how much RAM, HDD CAN the chipset support

Your best bet is to look at the motherboards you are interested in for memory limits.
You need UEFI bios (Probably hard to find for Q57) and a 64-bit operating system, if you want to boot a 3 TB.
Otherwise you can use the 3 TB disk for data for systems after XP.
For XP 3 TB drives you need GPT loader software (Paragon for example).
