Upgrade HP D530 AGP Card

I have an HP D530 with the following specs:

I865G Chipset
P4 2.8 533FSB
2.5 Gb Ram
500 Watt PSU
PNY Geforce 6600
AGP 8X

I would like to upgrade my card to run Dawn of War II and Borderlands but don't want to buy a card that will be bogged down by my CPU. Would I be better off purchasing the ATI 3650,3850 or a Geforce 7300GT.

I want to keep my cost under 100 and am planning on upgrading entire system next year.
