Could i run a inno 3d gtx 460 768mb on an msi 785g mobo?

Yeah, you shouldnt have a problem as long as you have a decent PSU to go with it.

Yes , It has a PCIe X16 slot and can use any GPU. The only question is the case size. IF the GPU can fit in the PCIe slot in the case then you can use it.

When you install the GTX the onboard graphics can be disabled and it will free up the RAM that the onboard graphics use.
