Disk partition not showing up in computer or disk management

Hello,
This is driving me mental. A partitioned drive was showing until I tried to install a game from an ISO file. During installation, suddenly the hard drive disappeared. It's not displaying in either 'computer' or 'disk management'. It was there, then it wasn't.

Most forums suggest the disk management option but it wont help me. The partitioned drive only has downloaded files on it, and none of which are a virus. Nothing was ever installed directly to that drive. I've never encountered this problem before from running an iso file.

*really* don't want to need to format. I have way too much that I don't want to lose.

Also, the one drive appears in device manager. As well as the external hard drive. As it is partitioned it's not going to display another drive in the device manager. And the drive also appears in the bios. So I don't know what its problem is. All I know is i'm going to go throw it out a window soon lol.

Does the actual hard drive show in Device Manager?
Does the hard drive show inside the Bios?
