I am thinking about getting a new monitor to go with my new unit which has a 955be 3.2ghz and 5850 card. I have a asus 21.5 unit now. What size would I see a real size change to make it worth spending under 300 at newegg.com . What about the brand Hanns·G HH-281HPB, it got good reviews. Please help on size

My experiences with Hanns Monitors have mostly been negative, but at that price it's hard to resist. If this is going to be your main monitor I would personally spend a little more cash on a Samsung or an Asus; if, on the other hand, you are building a three-monitor system the price is almost irresistible.

The difference is in the resolution, and while resolution is equivalant to size, it depends on what resolution your screen is native too now.

Which would be..what? That monitor linked is 1920x1200. By the way monitor you linked in the first post my friend has, it is very very nice.

size does play in important role. the larger the image the easier it is to make out detail. But it really depends on how far our sitting from your monitor and how good/bad your eye sight is. 21.5 to 24 is a pretty noticeable difference let alone 21.5 to 28 inches.
