Everytime I try to update my ram memory, can't find original chip and only one fitting on the motherboard. Though only one will fit I am using an e-system 3213 laptop been told ram may be under keyboard but struggling to remove keyboard. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Most of the time the RAM is located on the bottom and underneath one of the access panels. It's rare that the RAM under a keyboard, but some indeed are under the keyboard.
