Hello can you tell me if a radon HD4650 1GB DDR2 will be compatable with my HP elite desktop that is Vista, that I bought 2 years ago.

It'll work, your computer most likely has a PCI-E slot and the card itself uses very letter power, under 70 watts TDP (most likely a lot less) and thus gets all of its power via the PCI-E slot. You will be fine!

Thank you, I did bite the bullet and put it in, and to my astonishment, I did something right! It went right in the slot, and
was very easy to configure, Vista and all. All systems go. There really seems to be no difference, but I am able to run 2 monitors and I use a few art programs on my computer. (Elite M94021)
