Best Computer for the Price

My last computer is pretty much broken except the hdd.

I'm looking for a new computer in the 1500-1700$ range that will last a while at least.

I've not followed up with the latest marathons etc so I do not know what's best in test at the moment.

If someone could set up a computer around that price range it would be greatly appreciated.

I use the computer for gaming, photo and video editing and streaming mainly if that helps, thank you.

BUDGET RANGE: $1500-2000

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming, video and photo editing and daily usage

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: I only need the tower so to speak.

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: I will buying from a swedish site called Komplett.se, but you can link the parts anywhere I guess.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Sweden?

PARTS PREFERENCES: Intel preferbly, and like 6gb ram since i work with several stuff at the smae time.

That one would be much more in Sweden with VAT and stuff.

I will probably buy through my school and skip the VAT so I can actually go for a computer that costs like

18000 SEK and around 14000 without VAT
