UCode error on asus P5L-MX Mainboard

guys please help,i have a P5L-MX MOBO with intel dual-core E5400 processor i've got a uCode error message,i was upgrade my bios seems not work, i still got the message uCode error...before it i use intel P4 3.0GHz Processor..

Reset the CMOS. Has the new CPU ever worked? If not, then, with the old processor installed (not the new one), update the BIOS, and then try swapping back to the new CPU.
