Review and Advice Needed - ~1200 Gaming Build

Here is my build so far. I was wondering if I should downgrade to maybe the P6T or another more basic X58 Mobo since I don't see myself using the usb 3.0 anytime soon. Is the P6T just as reliable and good? Also, I was wondering if I should get the Antec Three Hundred instead of the Three hundred illusion. Its about a 10 dollar difference. Is the three hundred illusion worth it? Last question is if the Antec Earthwatts EA650 is a quality PSU for my build. Any help and recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks!

CPU: Intel i7 930~220 Microcenter

MOBO: Asus px58d-e ~230 from amazon

Ram: OCZ Gold Tri Channel 6GB PC10666 DDR3 Memory - 1333MHz ~ 110

HSF: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus ~30

HDD: Western Digital 640 GB Caviar Black SATA 7200 RPM 64 MB Cache Bulk/OEM Desktop Hard Drive WD6402AAEX ~ 70

PSU & Case: Antec Three Hundred Illusion and Antec EA750 Combo ~ 150

Could get the Antec Three hundred and PSU EA 650 for cheaper I think.

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) Superclocked EE 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card ~230

Thanks for the help.

Out of curiousity, what are the benefits of getting the i5 750 over the i7 930? And, the hdd has some bad reviews on newegg about it crashing. Do i need to be worried?

i5 is a bit faster, a lot cheaper.

All HDs fail, but the F3 has very good ratings.
