Is this PSU ok for my XFX 7600GT AGP?

hi all expert here...this is a OEM PSU with no brand
Can any of u tell me if this PSU would be harmful to my 7600GT ?
What would happen if the power supply is not enough for it ?
Does it mean its no problem that my AGP 7600GT is able to function ?
my WINXP is running with it so far so good...
but I not yet tried any modern games with it
Is this harmful for the long run ? What would cause ? or just no worry ?
