Total is 999 before shipping, I didnt want to list any combos due to tomorrow being the first I know newegg starts new ones. Also I couldnt decide on the mobo at all I don't know what features it needs etc, also about all the socket changes, are both brands now suppose to be changing sockets, and if so when ?!?!? Lastly, didn't know what type of tv turner cards are good or what not so a couple opinions would be great.

Any help would be greatly appricated guys

Thanks, Steve

More about 1000 gaming
  1. Do you actually live near a Microcenter? Those great CPU prices at Microcenter are only for people who can actually pick them up in-store.
  2. This is really a bad time to build PCs, you've got sandy bridge coming, dual GPU fermi coming, bulldozer coming, 6XXX Radeons.. Wait it out till november/october or longer. The 5XXX prices will drop, and the fermi too most likely
  3. Like I said probably not til mid september, but if I have to wait another month month and a half longer then thats what I might have to do, but I dont wanna wait if all the new stuff is going to be redicilous expensive and none of the stuff out now doesn't go down in price
