[Edited: tried to make the screen shot not so blurry.]

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Today or tomorrow, if I'm lucky. (8/30 or 8/31)

BUDGET RANGE: Less than $800 before rebates

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming, digital art (photoshop, illustrator), programming for school

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: I already have a monitor, keyboard, DVD ROM, graphics tablet, mouse, and windows 7 pro

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: prefer newegg.com

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: USA

PARTS PREFERENCES: No preference.

OVERCLOCKING: No. No time to spend tweaking machine, just want it to work.

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Maybe

MONITOR RESOLUTION: ~1600x1200

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Do I need a $40 CPU cooler? Can I just use the stock one or are they really worth it?

Here's what I was thinking about, based on browsing through these forums:

Thanks in advance. :)

:D Thanks man, I just ordered that exact setup you listed from Newegg! Nice getting the GeForce GTX 460 squeezed in there.

Also I ordered the CM Hyper 212+ from Amazon for $29.00, free shipping and no tax with Amazon Prime.

batuchka, I've read your recommendations for people before and have always been impressed with your ability to ninja the perfect deal/quality combo. Honestly, I was secretly hoping you would reply to my request, so thanks again. :D
