  1. Go to the nVidia website and download the latest drivers from there. The ones on the CD are pretty much guaranteed to be old and outdated.
  2. ^+1
Yup, download the driver from Nvidia site...
  3. Ok, so I tried to download from the Nvidia website, and even the latest for geforce 210 (258.96) would not even recognise hardware. Hate to be an annoyance, but problem still not solved. Still what should I do to solve this problem?
  4. It's a PNY manufacture, with an asrock sata motherboard with CPU dual core 2.13 GHZ, 3072 MB RAM, 250 GB HD. I've had to replace geforce 7900 GS due to it overheating, and I've spent a lot of money on this gfx card, so I would not want it to go to waste. I really am desperate for help.
  5. try your card in different PC?
Just to make sure whether the card is fine or not...
  6. Did you uninstall your old drivers? Though they are from the same manufacturer, the cards are vastly different and the new drivers may not recognize the card because it still thinks the 7900 is still there.
