My current Power Supply is Model #: PS575XBK
Name: 575W Dual Fan SLi ready Switching Power Supply
http://www.logisyscomputer.com/viewsku.asp?SKUID=PS575X...

My question is if that is enough power to run the GTX 460?

Well, power consumption for the gtx 460 is about 140W when idle and about 260 - 280 when under load.. so If the rest of your pc isnt using up the rest of your power then it should run alright, Nvidia even only reccomend 450W power for it :p

Is that your PSU?

1. For 575W PSU, $25 isn't good one, don't cheap out on PSU, it's the most important thing in your system.
2. For 575W PSU, @25A on 12V rail isn't big enough.
3. Yes, it has 2x 6pin power connector for your GTX460, but i doubt this PSU would hold your system for a long term.
4. This PSU doesn't have active PFC.
