I'm planning to buy a Fujitsu Lifebook NH570 laptop: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Edition , Intel Core I7 Dual Core i7-620M 2.66Ghz/4MB/1066FSB , 1TB (2x500GB) SATA 5400rpm Hard Drive , Blue Ray Writer / DVD Writer optical drive , 2048MB DDR3-1066 SO-Dimm Memory , 2048MB DDR3-1066 SO-Dimm Memory

Is this a good PC to buy

Yes, but if you didn't list the graphics system because it doesn't have a dedicated GPU don't expect the play games on it

It has a 18.4" WXGA HD+ Glossy (1680x945 resolution) TFT LCD Display, Intel HD graphics, 10/100/1000 Gigabit

Intel HD graphics are very basic - it'll drive the screen and do video playback perfectly fine, but you won't be able to play any real games on it.

Also integrated graphics share their memory with the main system, so you won't get all 4GB available to you.
