Hi everyone, recently I just bought a new mobo, msi 770 g45, because my old mobo, Asus m4a78t-e, stopped working completely. Before I bought this mobo everything worked fine but now with my new mobo in with my XFX 5750 it seems that my GPU is not being detected so I cant even turn on my monitor screen, its blank, nothing happens when i turn on my computer. I dont believe this mobo has an onboard slot so that option is closed off. If someone could please help me I would be VERY grateful.

here are my specs:

(old mobo) :Asus m4a78t-e

(new mobo) : msi 770 g45

PSU: Rosewill RX850-S-B

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor HDZ965FBGMBOX

GPU: XFX 5750

how r u sure ur mobo is not detecting ur gpu. are u getting a error beep? coz otherwise it can b many things...

965 is c3 revision so ur mobo need to have latest bios. itz more likely that this is the problem. try spare amd processor with c2 or older stepping.

second problem might lie in ram. u could try runing with 1ram and see how it goes.

last, but not least, ur gpu might have been damaged along with ur old mobo. try it on ur friends pc n see how it goes...

best of luck
