Mother board comnpatibility

Hello,
I want to use a Acer 21.5" (22") S222 HQL LED HD Monitor on a system with pentium 4 processor on a ASUS P4BGL-MX motherboard with win7 OS
Can the motherboard drive the 1920x1080 resolution offered by the monitor. Can it work even @ lower resolution(is the monitor compatible with the mothetboard)?

It will definitely connect with the VGA port but the integrated graphics of the motherboard will most likely not be HD and you will end up with "fuzziness" on screen.
