Power supply problem

What is the make/model//wattage/+12V Rail of the PSU.

Your PSU will most likely not be able to run the 9600GT because it is recommended to have at least a 350w PSU by some manufacture, but it still might be able to but it will be a close call. To make this simple and short, check and see if your PSU has a connector shaped like this:



And still post your system specifications as well as the brand/model/wattage/+12v rail amps, and we can give you a definitive answer.  

I have a 120 V power supply and a GTX460, of course the input voltage really isn't important, answer etk's question.

I was assuming(I know not good   ) that BalajiKoneti meant 250w, as aren't PSU's rate for 115v or 230v? I have never heard of 250v.

It is really 230V-400w 15A. My motherboard is intel 945g express chipset. My budget is $80.What graphic cards suits for me?
