It varies. The bios will have a small dell file so windows can be loaded for that board only. For desktops, Foxconn was a common board, but if you buy a foxconn board that matches your dell, it still won't run your original windows without the dell bios file. Since you have a laptop, you will need an identical board to match the casing. Try ebay using n5010 for a search.
