Driver software on separate HDD from OS Tags: Hard Drives SSD Drivers Software Storage Last response: December 8, 2012 12:41 PM in Storage Share pmontgom51284 December 6, 2012 9:07:51 PM Hello, My new laptop came pre-installed with a 20gig SSD drive for the OS. Once I installed all my drivers I wasn't left with enough storage for updates. Does it cause a problem to have all of the drivers installed on a separate HDD? I am hoping to free up some room on the SSD for updates.
