Uhm, I'm pretty sure both of those are very very very old. If so, unless you plan on playing DOS games I don't think either will do.

Do you have links to these or more details about them?

I can find alot of used computers for 50-70 easily. I'll be willing to dish out 70 on the card. Im just running 1 racing game, doesn't require anything hardcore.

They came with different CPUs and the such, but it gives you a general idea.

Juding by those specs, why can't you play this one racing game on this computer? What is it? You may be able to play it at low settings depending on which card your 520 came with.

What game are you trying to play? You probably don't need one too great, and we can find one to compliment your computer well.

Would the gx270 or 280 be ok? Really want one cpu for games only. Everyone uses the e520. Maybe all the files on this thing is messing up the ability to run a game

It may be possible with an overpriced PCI card, but I wouldn't recommend it.

It is possible you have a lot of background processes and junk files that are slowing down your game, yes.

I Know, but thses suck: "Intel® Pentium® 4
Intel Celeron 346",which could potentially mean why its so cheap.

Any reason you can't use the computer you have? We need to know exactly what CPU is your in e520. Can you download CPU-z and find out?
