Cant open my external hard disk drive

hi good day I have a problem I cant open my external hard disk drive thank

Is this drive something that you have been using and just now can't open it ? Or is it something that you just installed and can't get it open ? Can the drive be seen in computer ? When you go to disk management does it say that the drive is healthy , primary partition ?
