just remove Lithium cell (cmos power) & Re- install it again, Definitely your beeps and Booting will be fine, within seconds,....try it right now.. you will lose nothing

Do you even have the case speakers installed? (Not your typical external speaker. Should look like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812201032) Are the case speakers installed in the right pins? That may help you get the power beeps and lead you to your main problem. If you do fix your power beeps and it still doesn't boot, check this post to diagnose your problem: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/page-262730_13_0.html

For a full list of things that you may have forgotten, go here: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-boot-video-problems

Good luck!

I had that problem n nothing worked, takin out lithium battery, disconnecting dvd drives, running one stick or no memory for getting the beep alert, reseating the video card... the problem is either troubled psu, dead cpu or mobo. Test separately each component, taking them to a local store for testin em out if theres no other way for u to do it.
Anyways keep hav a look at new suggestions, not every system responds the same
