Memory and CPU Cooler suggestion for ASRock Z68 Extreme4

Hello,
I would like to get from you guys suggestion about memory and CPU coolers that fit on ASRock Z68 Extreme 4 MoBo.

I saw some people having difficulties on seatting memories and CPU cooler on this MoBo due to space restrictions.

Can you help me giving me suggestions for both memory and cooler that will fit for Z68 Extreme4?

Here's a fine review with a lot of pics showing that board mounted using a CoolIT ECO sealed loop CPU cooler:

The reviewer also says that clearance is good. Looking at it looks indeed not too crowded. And you can always go with the Intel Heatsink coming with the i5-2500k if it's to tight.

Also here another guys is showing clearance with that board and Big corsair memory. Might give you an idea about clearance:

I have the very same combination of mobo and the CoolIT which I got from Amazon a while ago and it all went together just fine.
