  1. Your CPU is in power saving mode (cool&quiet) and it's running at 800 MHz when it's not under load. That's good, if you want to see the real score disable the power saving options, chck with CPU-Z that it's running at 3.2GHz and try again

    The score should be 7+.
  2. +1, I think mosox nailed it.
  3. Which category is Windows rating a 3.7? There are five metrics that Windows checks: processor, memory, Desktop graphics performance, 3D performance, and hard drive performance. The number shown in the System Properties is the lowest of those 5 metrics. Click the link next to the rating in System Properties, and it should show ratings for all five metrics.

That processor should be getting a lot better than 3.7. I have a Core 2 Duo E7400 (oc'ed from 2.8 to 3.36 GHz) that gets 6.7 for processor performance, but the entire system is rated a 5.4 due to Desktop graphics performance (using an ATI Radeon HD4650, oc'ed from 600 core/400 memory to 765 core/475 memory).

  4. OP said processor in his original post, didn't he?
  5. open task manager and double check you have 4 cores running.
I am using Win7 Ultimate on a virtual machine and getting processor score of 4.0
Really WEI is not good for comparing different systems.
To me I just use it as a baseline for the system it is on to judge upgrades and how much they improved the score on that particular system.
  6. what you need to do, is take the windows experience figure, and crush it into a little ball, and throw it as far away as possible. Thats how relevant it is to actual performance.
  7. ^1 LMAO
  8. Please list all your subscores?

and maybe the OP just meant processor because its right by it on the page

Well said.. Let us get the caps lock on this.. DON'T CARE ABOUT THE WEI SCORES.. And for that matter, don't judge a product based on synthetic benchmarks.. How your cpu is performing in other real world apps is the actual measure of its performance..
  11. I dont get anything in WEI lol, i run windows XP!

@ drakeyard If you want to compare your system to others to see if the cpu is running on par, you can get sisoft sandra and run the synthetic cpu benchmarks which have a comparison table to other typical scores of many other systems. It also tells you system info like clock speeds, bios info, ram info, and much much more. http://www.sisoftware.net/
you can download the lite version for free. Do that and see how you go.
  12. Obviously the 3DMark series of benchmarks (I like 3Dmark03 becuz my system is older) is really good at measuring CPU/GPU.
Also Cinebench is a nice free CPU bench.
Here is a link to BenchmarkHQ they pretty much have everything: http://www.benchmarkhq.ru/english.html?/b_e.html
WARNING: benching gets to be addictive, time consuming and possibly very expensive!
  13. thank... it workk :na:

  15. i try update the BIOS..and it work... thank man!! hehe
