Recently, I reset the BIOS password of an Asus P5N-E SLI by removing the battery, waiting for a few minutes, and placing it back in. Normal cmos error, factory defaults, etc, but then the machine gives me a disk boot failure.
I've checked the SATA and the IDE cables, and nothing seems wrong with them- then again, I'm not much of a professional.
What might I do to solve this problem?

go bios ... sure your HDD OS boot in first priority and DVD drive in second, if this way still problem you need CD Os --> insert -- repair
