Some companies like Corsair for example, tests their hardware with every other hardware they come in contact with. Others like Kingston don't do any testing and you end up having to buy a specific revision for it to work.. o-O

For that reason I own only Corsair memory sticks in 7 of the 11 computers I have at home.
