How to install xp sp 2 on window 7, i have sony vaio,, core i 3-370 m processor.

Hello,
i have sony vaio laptop and window 7 is installed on it.
due to software compatibility issues i want to install xp sp2 in another drive.
i have core i3 processor and 3 gb ram.
can u plz help me to install the xp to my laptop.
give me your feedback as soon as possible.
